Frederick Police Dept. HQ
We are pleased to announce that Hardesty, Inc. has been awarded as the mechanical contractor working along side Waynesboro Construction again, for the newly anticipated Frederick County Police Dept. Headquarters. The six story renovation is expected to be completed in December of this year.
31st St. DC Hotel
Hardesty, Inc. is proud to be working with CBG Building Company to provide all new HVAC systems to the 31st Street Hotel, which will contribute to the energy-efficient upgrades this multi-million dollar project plans to offer with the anticipation of opening early 2025.
Calvert County Administration Bldg.
Working side-by-side again with Forrester Construction Company, Hardesty, Inc. was awarded the mechanical work of this 103,000 sq ft four story building to serve the Calvert County government and community. We are looking forward to completion in late spring 2025.
